   NO absolutely not that is not the answer to your problems! You need to call the suicide hotline, you need to go to church, you need to talk to family or friends. Suicide is a horrible thing and it is not the answer!

   No son.You should NOT commit suicide.What you should do is REALIZE your dad is mentally ill NOT you and your siblings and your mom isn’t much better for putting up the abuse and making you all suffer.First thing is to get a job and get on your own 2 feet and forget what everyone else says thinks or does.You prove to yourself that you CAN stand on your own that means you’ll have to learn to live within your means.Go to college on the G.I. bill if you need training for a better paying job.You CAN do this and you may not make straights A’s but as long you pass or as long as you can support yourself that is ALL that matters.Next get into church(The United Pentecostal churches are great) because GOD has a plan for your life, and GOD will not come down on you like your dad does,HE is patient kind and loving and understanding and with HIS help you can do anything!HE also WANTS to see you succeed.Now,get up, dust yourself off and do what you need to do young man,the LORD has HIS hand out to you,all you have to do is ask for HIS help.

   Please don’t consider suicide. My brother killed himself, just 10 months ago. You made the first step, by talking about what is bothering you. That’s the most difficult part. My Brother, hid many things. We later found out, just how much he hid. You need to speak to a clergy-person, or someone that will listen to you. Someone who can help. or knows how to get help. Maybe someone who knows your family. YOU…need to stand up for yourself, and take care of YOU FIRST. YOU…are the most important person in your life right now. Do something good for YOU. Most of all, you need to make a life for yourself. Is counseling a choice? Please look at viable solutions…and not consider suicide. Good Luck….You are worth it!!!

   Personally I believe that once we reach adulthood our life is in our own hands. Your Dad sounds like a real tyrant, Have you had a go at him about the way he treats you? I know I would vietnam vet or not. Your a man now, you dont have to be treated this way. Suicide is not the way to go, EVER. I know life can really suck at times, but you need to pick yourself up,brush yourself off and make a life for yourself. Surely there are other work options for you Tell you dad to write you a resume’ and go get a job somewhere else. You need to stand up for yourself and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Life is what we make it, Dont choose to be a doormat anymore. Time to take back control of your life. I’m sorry about your g/f’s situation but I think she can ask her parents for the money if she really needed to and explain the situation to them. You need to sort out your life now.
