    1) You only get one life and one chance.

    I know that some religions may differ on the afterlife or reincarnation, but there is one problem with their theories: No one has come back to verify heaven, hell, purgatory, or reincarnation. Since there is no proof, you have to assume the worse case scenario, and that is that you only get one shot to do what you want to do.

    Get out there and have fun with your life. Accomplish your dreams, run over obstacles that get in your way, and realize that each day is special since you get more time on this world.

    2) There are good times and bad times. There will be moments of joy where you are on top of the world, and there will be moments of sadness where you feel you have reached the bottom. The best part is that as you experience life, you will enjoy the different things that life has to offer.

    Regarding your additional comments:

    You are quite right. Time passes, things move on, and life continues. Each person is important because they contribute something to this cycle, whether they want to or not, but at the same time, no one is so important that they should be full of themselves and thinking they are invincible.
    Since time passes and things move on, you can understand that negative events that are “traumatizing” are forgotten and pass on. There is nothing so serious that you need to worry about it the rest of your life.

    Good luck and enjoy life…. you only get one.

    suicide can go horribly wrong, you’ll end up in the hospital, people pitying you and trying to help you, in the process making you even more miserable, loads of paperwork, police etc. and also because you will die one day anyway, so why not just wait out of curiosity and see how much more life can suck?

    cause no matter how bad today is tomorrow always comes with a new day to try again and make the right things happen. go out and do something you have never tried before and feel the rush and how it feels. don’t concentrate on the negitive look towards the new and the rush of life even if it is going for a walk and seeing the forest for the first time again. look around you and see the wonder. go volenteer for someone who needs help you can give to them and watch how others react and see them enjoy the moment and learn from it

    one of the best…. I met a guy that tried to blow his head off with a shotgun…. But he only blew off his jaw, an eye and part of his nose….. Now he has a piece of his butt cheek sewed on his face……. Stay off Meth!!!

    Why not play the best music in the World… For no one but your own enjoyment!! Isn’t that why u do it?
