Jesus died to save you, so turn to him with your heart and he will save you from sin and self.
How could you hate someone God loves so much he sent his Son to die for?
Jesus loves you so trust him a nd pray and he will help you.

    Take a minute to breathe.

Look to the positive, even though human nature tries to force you to look at the negative.

There is obviously some reason you’re still here.

Think about what you want to accomplish in life rather than your own “flaws.” Everybody has something they love about themselves, and everybody has something they hate about themselves.

For now, it would probably be best to get a hobby that takes you away from the computer. While there’s not much science to it, it seems like being at the computer all the time makes people depressed, even if they think they’re happy because the internet is so much fun. The internet may be fun, but living and doing things is much more exciting.

You have people that love you.

    Smile.
    Dance.
    Frolic through a field.
    Make a fool of yourself.
    Sing loud and obnoxiously.
    Don’t be depressed, it’s no fun. ;)

    Good luck you!

Based on what I’ve seen, depression is the new black, Liz. Almost everybody spends some time in the dumps, but your job is to minimize that time.

Two easily available and affordable things that have been shown to help a good cross-section of people are (1) regular aerobic exercise, and (2) dietary adjustments that include healthy omega-3 fats like fish oil. These items safely and naturally restore serotonin balance and reduce inflammation, respectively. In other words, you feel a whole lot better.

You’ve already given up months to depression. Why not try these suggestions for a month, and get back to me. You have nothing to lose but the blues!
