It’s funny, but this seems to be a new trend of bulling. I think it should be, if you are caught doing this, you could be fined and or jailed for 6 months. It will be interesting to see if somthing like this happens

definitely not mate. no matter how harsh the words are that person is not guilty of anything under the privelage of “free speech” until he/ she outrightly threatens that person’s safety/ well being/ life, and even so murder is out of the question unless that person pulls the trigger or puts the noose around their neck and kicks the chair out from under them. suicide is suicide. in my day, and im only 21, if you got bullied you either fought with wit, fought with your hands, or ran away and avoided the possibility of confrontation all together. to be bullied on a computer to the point of suicide is ludicrous, but even that notion is overshadowed by the idea of charging online bullies with murder over someone’s suicide. yes bullying can be detrimental to self esteem, but last time i checked these bullies werent tying or holding these “victims” in their chairs and gluing their eyebrows to the screen. if you dont like what you see, turn it off, or get up and walk away. A suicide vicitm killed themselves and i hope the legal system and media never forgets that fact.

I don’t know about kids, but when adults pose as kids and lead a known depressed person, child, to commit suicide, they should be charged with second degree murder. Like in the case a year ago in St Louis area.

No, I am sorry that it happens, but no.

no, the victim who committed suicide must have mental problems.
How can someone possibly bully “on line”? that doesn’t make sense

no, I don’t think they really understand the possibilities of what could happen to the victim. I don’t believe they intend for the person to commit suicide.
that woman who pretended to be a guy on myspace and made a girl kill herself should be in jail though!!
